There are couple of things that might be good to know, before starting to read this electronic document.
First, in every main page there is one quite large picture in the beginning (nothing colossal, but more than 100 Kb anyway). So if your system is very slow, you might consider to turn the autoload images off. This, on the other hand, takes away the biggest pleasure of reading ART2.
Another thing we would like to announce, so that you would not feel yourself deceived: There are our own navigation buttons in the bottom of every page. They are from left to right "preceding page", "home page" and "succeeding page". Preceding and succeeding are in the context of ART2 document structure, not your own browsing history (like are for example system supported navigation buttons in Mosaic). "Preceding page" in ART2 means mostly the upper level of the ART2 structure. But since there is no logical "succeeding page" for every page in ART2, we have linked in those positions some extra stuff, that hopefully gives you more pleasure than pain.
