In order to register as a student, you are required to present proof of the student status. Please send us simultaneously with your registration a clear copy of a valid student card or a letter from your institute indicating your status.

Payment instructions

Please make your payment simultaneously with your registration and transfer a sum according to your bookings to the account of the University of Art and Design Helsinki. Please note that bank and transfer costs are at your expence: the conference organizers should receive a net amount equal to the amount due.

It is very important that you state your first name, surname and "Joining Forces" on the bank transfer. If several fees are to be sent together, please make sure that the name of every participant is clearly indicated!

Personal cheques cannot be accepted. If you send a bank cheque, a redemption fee of 15€ has to be added to the total.

Please note that the registration is valid only when the payment has arrived at the bank account given below. You will get a confirmation by email as soon as possible after the arrival of the payment.

Cancellation policy

Please note that cancellations in writing only can be accepted.

75 % of the paid fees will be refunded for cancellations received by May 31.
50 % of the paid fees will be refunded for cancellations received by July 31.
No refund will be paid for cancellations received after July 31.
